Welcome to the Feature & Follow
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.
If you are new to the #FF fun, Feature & Follow Friday is a blog hop that expands your blog following by a joint effort between bloggers. Feature & Follow Friday is now hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
Now to make this #FF interesting we do a FEATURE blogger. If you are interested in becoming a Feature click on the drop down link above FEATURES > Feature & Follow Friday and get on the waiting list! How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don’t have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed. It is also required, that if you participate you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) and the two Feature blogs.
Parajunkee's Feature – Books of Love
Alison Can Read's Feature - Sinnful Books
And now the Random Question of this week:
You are a matchmaker...Your goal: Hook up two characters from 2 of your favorite books. Who would it be? How do you think it would go?
Oh a really thinker of a question! I guess I'd have to find two of the characters who aren't already involved with their soulmates. I'd go with a back character from Laura Kaye's Forever Freed, Magena. She is described as "Exquisite-dark skinned with waist length iron-straight black hair and high pronounced cheekbones that set of her sparkling silver eyes."
I am leaning towards pairing her with another Laura Kaye character, Brady Scott, Alyssa's big brother from Her Forbidden Hero. He is described by Alyssa as "He was tanned, his light brown hair had blond highlights from the sun, and he looked like he'd lost weight. It made him appear even taller."
I think they could get acquainted and get along. The only thing is with Magena being a Vampire, I'm not sure how Brady would handle being tied to becoming a night owl to be with her, but I think for her we would give it a shot. *winks*
Hopping through. My mother had thick, long, bone straight black hair as a teen (it's now salt and pepper and short). I have brown wavy hair. I was always so jealous of my mother's hair.

I haven't read the books, but I like the picture of Jensen haha. I'm a new follower, have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHmm. I haven't read these books but they sound like they'd be interesting based on your description of the characters!! New follower via Linky, Networked Blogs, and GFC!!!

These two are unfamiliar but then I saw a picture of Jensen and that totally caught my attention. If that's what you picture him to look like, the I seriously need to add those books to my TBR.
